Srikantashastri M.A.D.Lit,-a great name in the study of Indian history has scrutinized the authenticity of Karlamangalam Srikantaiah’s effort in this project. He also discarded all the childish and unfair comments of kannada scholars during his life time. The same situation is continuing till date.
The metre (prosody) which is used by Kumudendu to compose this astonishing work is ‘Shabdagana’, which was a branch of ‘Sangthya’ This information is available in his work itself, and was clearly pointed out by K. Srikantaiah. Kannada scholars are not accepting this truth.
During 1953, a part of this book (about 1270 chakras out of 16,000 chakras) was deciphered, edited, printed, published and propagated by Karlamangalam Srikanatiah with the help of the custodian of the original manuscript, and Mr. K.
